This stunning building contains just four apartments, two on the ground floor, which we have named apartments :- Il Mare and La Sabbia and two on the first floor, which we have named Il Tramonto and La Campagna each one sleeps 4 comfortably.

The building is one of the oldest at Bosa Marina and occupies a position just back from the beachfront road. It is only 100 mtrs to the beach but being set just back is also quiet and tranquil. We have tried to keep as much of the original detail as possible as we have restructured the building.

The building has a huge roof terrace overlooking the beach and sea with lots of outdoor furniture and loungers, there is also another raised area ideal for sunbathing. Downstairs in the walled garden area there is more outdoor furniture and also a large barbeque for guests to use.

We have also agreed with a local hotel owner that our clients can use the pool and facilities at the hotel for a special rate. Free WiFi broadband internet access available in all four apartments

Porto Alabe

Apartment Giulia - This lovely, independent, 1 bedroomed apartment is located less than 100m from the beach at Porto Alabe in the seaside Residence there. From it’s own private parking space (vital in high season) the gate leads into a garden area which even has an outdoor shower for rinsing sand off when returning from the beach, then leads up a couple of steps to a lovely shady covered terrace area, with outdoor furniture and lighting this is a great place to relax, after a hard day on the beach and watch the spectacular sunsets.

This apartment is ideal for all year round rental, the air con unit in the bedroom also being a warm air heater and the kitchen has a portable gas heater to keep you cosy in the winter months. Porto Alabe is really quiet out of season making this a great spot for a peaceful holiday, either taking long walks on the deserted beach and cliff path or using it as a base to explore the rest of the island. With Bosa being an approx 6-7 min drive away with more amenities you can have the best of both worlds.
